Historical flag of Reggio-Calabria, the flag is truncated in white and yellow, and in the center of the flag is the shield of the province Reggio-Calabria, the shield is a mixture between the English and the Swiss shield. The shield is yellow and white: on the yellow side there are 4 red vertical lines, on the white side there are 2 black crosses, above the shield there is a crown and below there are branches of olive grove. Now the province is called the Metropolitan City of Reggio-Calabria
