Letter C Flag

The flag of the International Code letter C indicates Boat "Affirmative - Yes." The flag letter C, also known as Charlie and the flag with three numerical flags, heading in degrees magnetic. In the racing flag indicates that the changed position of the next buoy. The route for the next buoy 125 and the length of the same side (shown with repeated sound signals to the passage of competitors). The C flag indicates the change of course. Is exposed from a boat near Buoy CoR. Should always be accompanied by new compass heading to the next mark and the signs + or - if the side length was varied.
