Gonfalone of Venice Official Flag

The flag of the Most Serene Republic of Venice with the lion of Saint Mark or lion marciano or winged lion. This version portrays the lion with the gospel in hand. This is the flag of peace of the Most Serene Republic. Known to most as a banner of Venice. From 30th August 2017 this flag must be displayed (regional law) in all public buildings, prefectures and courts, law enforcement agencies and places that provide services and have received regional funds.

NOTE: From the short side dimension of 100 cm and above, you can request cut tails. Once the order has been confirmed and the reference number has been obtained, send an email with the order number and request the tails to be cut.
