El Salvador civil ensign Flag

The flag of El Salvador for civilian use. The flag has two blue stripes symbolizing the two seas around Central America: the Pacific and the Atlantic Ocean, while the white color symbolizes peace. The flag "God Liberty Union" in letters of gold, if the flag hoisted by any person or organization other than the government (the latter exposes the flag with the shield in the center), including schools, public buildings, ships merchant, etc..
