Anglo-Egyptian Sudan Flag

The Anglo-Egyptian Sudan flag. This is referred to the manner by which Sudan was administered between 1899 and 1956, when it was a condominium of the United Kingdom and Egypt, but in practice the structure of the Condominium ensured full British control over the Sudan. A naval force blue flag with the Union jack in the upper left corner, it emphasized the British identification, with a Lion in the right cantons in a white circle.
