Flag Municipality of Budapest Flag On sale
The flag of the Municipality of Budapest is white with red and green decorations above and below the flag, with the city's coat of arms in the center.
The coat of arms has the same crest as on the national and the shield is red, a wave silver horizontally dividing two castles, representing Buda and Pest -- the castles are not regular heraldic ones, but a representation of actual monuments.
Two golden lions rampant support the shield. Budapest is combined from two major parts: Buda - on the western bank of the Danube, and Pest - on the eastern bank of the Danube. Both parts were united in 1872 to one city.
Finishes
Easy polyester: the finish for sizes 70x100 and 91x140 is made with a loop only.
Nautical polyester and stamina: the standard finish is made with rope and carabiner. to request a different finish (loop with rope, boat, rings, straps, hooks, or other), please write to info@flagsonline.it).
