The Cuba economic flag realized in nylon (easy polyester), 91x140 cm. The flag of Cuba was officially adopted in the 1902. The Cuban flag was created in June 1849 by Narciso Lopez, Miguel Teurbe Tolón , José Aniceto Iznaga Borrell, his nephew José Maria Sánchez Iznaga, Cirilo Villaverde y Juan Manuel Macías, and swore to fight to the death for Cuban Independence from Spain (ref. "Historia de la isla de Cuba " - Page 77 by Carlos Márquez Sterling, Manuel Márquez Sterling - History - 1975 - 392 pages). Stripes white and blue of Cuban flag represents the three former provinces of the island. The red triangle symbolizes the freedom and fraternity and the white star is for the indipendence of the country.
