1- Returns and Refunds: if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased on Flagsonline.it, you can return it for a full refund. We only ask it be unused and in a saleable condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, or your right to cancel orders. Flagsonline.it fully respects both the European Union’s and the Italian government’s Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling ), (EU Directive 577/1985 , EU Directive 7/1997 and Italian law D. lgs. 50/1992). If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel before the items are shipped, please contact contact us, by e-mail, as soon as possible, and you'll receive a full refund in 3 working days on your credit card, delivery costs included. We ship each product at 5 Euro for 1 flag, 10 Euros for 2 flags and 15 € for 3 or more flags. For orders above 100 € we offer FREE SHIPPING all around the world. Typical delivery times vary. In Europe, you can expect you package: 7 working days after you order. ; In the rest of the world shipping times vary from 7 to 14 working days after the order. Delivery times can vary for large quantities or special requests. In those cases, you'll be immediately informed. . If you request faster, expedited shipping , we use SDA Express Courier in Italy or Federal Express (Fed-Ex) in the rest of the world. Flagsonline.it Flagsonline.it produces flags for the outdoors, so they are made to be resistant in all weather conditions. After eight decades of experience we have chosen Nautical Polyester as the best material to manufacture our flags. Nautical polyester is used in shipping and seaports for similar purposes because of its strong and resistant nature. Nautical polyester has more weight than nylon or other polyester (easy polyester or weight polyester). At Flagsonline.it we hand-finish our flags with strong double and triple hems, and metal blunderbuss: our flags are "ready to wave". Our Agreement with you
A. Creation of the arrangement
A.1 In this Agreement, we are Bizonweb srl of Via Puletti 8/D, 25135 Brescia, Italy and you are the person detailed on the Order Forms.
A.2 Our Agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the Order Form of the bank.
A.3 Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our Website.
B. HOW TO ORDER
B.1 Use our Website and select your products.
B.2 Complete the Order Form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the Website.
C. NEXT STEPS
C.1 If your chosen products are in stock, your Order will be processed immediately. We will charge your credit card the price payable for your purchases and your order will be shipped to you. All prices on our website are VAT included.
D. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED
D.1. You may return the products to us whereupon a full refund will be made, as described in the returns and refunds section.
D.2 You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products which were not satisfactory to you. The returned items will be refunded and a new order will be placed.

E. PRICE OF THE GOODS

F. RISK AND PROPERTY
F.1 Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them.
F.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until your payment in full is cleared through your credit card.
G. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:-
G.1 Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
G.2 War, or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, or requisition;
G.3 Acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions, or measures of any kind, on the part of any governmental, parliamentary, or local authority;
G.4 Import or export regulations or embargoes;
G.5 Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or of a third party);
G.6 Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
H. GENERAL
H.1 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
H.2 The terms and conditions set out in this Agreement represents the entire Agreement.
