Rome Province Flag

The flag of the province of Rome is blue and red, with the emblem in the center. The latter was granted by King Umberto (28 May 1899). "Party of red and blue, the eagle of silver, crowned with the lowered flight. The shield will be surmounted by a circle supporting twelve crenellated towers, tied around halfway up the height, by a wall cordon, all of gold ".   cittametropolitanaroma.gov.it
